Quality Control Specialist monitors, tests, reports findings and makes needed improvements to US Bank documents per SLA requirements within SLA time frame and per KPIs. Conducts audits of document data to ensure accuracy and compliance, monitors scanning process for errors or product failure, transcribes data.

Reviews all patient insurance information, triage cases with missing information, verify patient specific benefits and precisely documents for various payer plans, identify any restrictions and details on how to expedite patient access, document and initiate prior authorization process, claims, appeals, etc., review quality of work for finalization, report any reimbursement trends/delays.

Reviewed ODH reports for delinquent accounts, and terminated overdraft protection, terminated delinquent credit card accounts, prepared credit card delinquency reports, prepared charge off reports, liquidated CD’s on delinquent secured credit card accounts, and prepared tickets, prepared statistical reports, prepared signed and mailed out past due notices, conducted research, skipped trace, prepared termination letters, attended meetings and provided updates, pulled credit reports, researched using Accurant – Lexis Nexis, used Iaquire to pull reports, made collection calls on credit card accounts, and Freddie Mac accounts, answered phone, responded to voice messages and emails.
