The Hoffman Quadrinity Process (HQP) is an eight-day residential course that provides the possibility and tools you need to finally let go of what is not working and to then move naturally into being the primary creative force in all aspects of your life. The methodology addresses all dimensions of your being: intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual. It is precisely this integration of your whole self that creates powerful forward motion and establishes the framework for being a more loving, mature, creative and balanced person.Published scientific research has also demonstrated the long-term positive effects that the Hoffman process has had on relieving depression and anxiety. To date, more than 70,000 people around the world have used the Hoffman tools to improve their quality of life and restore their relationships with friends and family.

Created and directed one-year Teacher Training Program which prepared participants to become effective experiential workshop facilitators. Developed application, evaluation, and selection procedures for candidates and directed senior facilitators' participation in the training. The program was recognized as a superior educational experience in terms of personal growth and development as a facilitator.

Co-directed Hoffman Institute, presenting 35-40 personal growth workshops annually. Co-developed growth strategies, management design, and marketing policy and plans. Implemented transition from charismatic leader to safer, empathic leadership.
