• Process the creation of new item codes with Die, Bill of Material (BOM) and Route, if applicable, based from information provided on New Item Setup Form from Product Development.• Ensure and maintain 100% accuracy of all Item Table records and support Item Table data.• To visit production facilities in order to observe printing processes, to obtain information regarding material usage, press speeds, set-up factors, etc. so that accurate and up-to-date information is used for BOM and Routes to assess product costs on a regular basis.• Responsible for the troubleshooting issues in the creation of Production Orders from Sales Orders.• Responsible of knowing how the multiple systems integrate and information flows between systems, (Microsoft Dynamics_AX 2012 & BuyDesign).• Work closely with other Departments on problems involving the creation of Items, Dies, BOMs and Routes.

• Determine best method of quoting product. Where to produce, to ensure we give accurate and fair price and cost while adhering to company policies.• Give updates and status checks on Quotes.• Resolves Sales Rep or Managers questions & requests involving the ability to quote or produce a custom product.• Document and keep record of Quotes with cost, sale prices and price deviations.• Process the creating of item codes, document the request, retrieve the cost and sale price from the quote, verify it, and build the new IT code in both Systems (AX-2009 & FileMaker)• Assist the Controller with reports as needed on quoting and Item Codes.• Review the cost structure with the Controller to ensure that costs are applying correctly to the quoting model.

• Determine the best method to resolve complex customer service problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.• Resolve customer questions, complaints & requests involving policy interpretation.• Responsible for training and assisting other customer service reps in complaint resolution and other difficult problems.• Discuss orders, reorders, status checks, change orders, or credits with Sales Reps and answer questions with customer services and Sales Reps.• Document contacts with customers and Sales Reps.• Work with Sales Reps to write, collect, and generate orders.• Answer sales or production questions on orders.• Fill in for any position in the Customer Service Dept. when needed.• Assist the Customer Service Manager with Reports as needed.
