Currently leading on monitoring and inspection as an independent provider, and as a critical friend to commissioners in order to improve outcomes for children, young people and adults at risk. As a dedicated and forward thinking Manager I am adept at developing and implementing strategic change, coordinating high value projects and variable budgets and play a key role in the planning and implementation of new projects working in the child and young person sector . I have a considerable amount of experience working at a strategic level, offering advice and guidance, proofreading new business bids and conducting highly complex analysis to ensure robust governance.In addition to this, I can coordinate recruitment processes, design and implement operational plans and manage investigation and complaints processes. Including Individual performance management.Furthermore I have played a pivotal role in the formulation of monitoring and delivery of services to ensure that they are performing effectively. Along with my business related knowledge and experience I have considerable expertise in the children and young people’s sector, both in my current role and in previous roles. I manage a team to deliver independent monitoring services to children’s homes, residential special schools and care homes.I have level 4 safeguarding training.In life I am passionate about rugby union and it’s value base and uphold those throughout all areas of my personal and work life.
