•Reduce outstanding payments from major customers from $12M to $3M in 3 month time frame•Create and implement document database to help reduce late and missing documents to customers•Reduce VAT issues by almost $2M •Audit and review all sales orders, purchase orders and invoices in order to reduce CAID’s.•Reduce invoice issues from ~ 45% to less then 10% in 6 months time frame•Work directly with customers to align each companies document expectations to fit into Siemen’s expectation, align turn around time for revisions and out of scope request.•Responsible for Factory Report out each month for ANEMA, Traction Motors and CS. This included inventory turns, hourly and salary cost, number of hourly and salary employees, COS and inventory numbers. •Weekly meetings with customers to align goals and expectations are being met and are on track for success.•Factory GEMBA walks to discuss any open items in the plant such as status, issues, time frame and resolutions.

This cost center is used for allocations, freight cost, blanks and other indirect cost. •Budgeting for FY16 which includes cost centers, warranties, headcount, etc. •Factory P&L- Created a factory roll up to show all aspects of the business at the Norwood location including ANEMA, CS and Traction. •Providing backlog reach on both monthly and bi-weekly basis. Providing actuals to forecast and compare master schedule to SAP•ECR backup- provide financial cost to Engineering change request when needed. •Warranty Provisions- providing actuals and forecast for general and specific warranty on a quarterly basis. •Adstar Consolidation on a quarterly bases which include rental equipment such as copiers, car leases and uniforms rentals.

I helped oversee the overall quality of all the programs on top of starting all the volleyball programs. I brought in over 500 new clients in a year span. I was in charge of writing the curriculum for the volleyball programs, finding and hiring coaches, oversee tournaments and deal directly with clients on a daily basis.
