Revenue Manager for Nh Hotel Group in Barcelona. Actually responsible for 2 Hotels of the Group, NH Barcelona Pódium**** and Hesperia Presidente****.

Revenue Manager for the Eurostars Hotels in Rome, (partially Lucca and Venice too). Responsible for the optimization of sales for each Hotel, and Responsible of the sales system of each Hotel, through the analysis of the Area ( together with Sales Dept), of the historical data and the forecast one. Responsible for contracting every website addressed to the sale of the Hotels, central reservations and every other channel for the sale. Responsible for the positioning and internet distribution. Responsible for contracting Tour Operators as regards Fit rates and Groups rates. Control of the evolution of the designated Hotels through daily analysis of ADR and occupancy and responsible for improving the results.

Area Revenue Manager per Eurostars Hotels in Roma ( e in caso di necessità anche Lucca e Venezia). Responsabile della vendita, e del sistema di vendita di ciascun Hotel, mediante l'analisi quotidiana del dato storico congiunto a quello previsionale. Determinazione del prezzo per la vendita on-line e contrattazione dei siti webs. Analisi del competitive set. Analisi e studio della segmentazione di mercato di un Hotel per la determinazione delle tariffe FIT/ Gruppi. Analisi di mercato congiunto con il reparto Commerciale per la determinazione delle tariffe Corporate per ciascuno Hotel. Controllo del reparto Booking / quotazione gruppi/ meeting/ individuale.
