I retired from Frito-Lay after nearly 30 years of service. I joined Frito-Lay in 1980 as a Sales Manager Designate in Michigan, beginning as a Route Salesman, advancing to District Manager, and in 1982, becoming the first female Zone Sales Leader for Frito-Lay, Inc. In my career with the company, I also held positions of Key Account Manager, Division Trade Development Manager, Customer Marketing Manager, National Sales Marketing Manager, and other positions at Frito-Lay’s Corporate Headquarters involving communications, promotions and merchandising with corporate responsibility for Frito-Lay nationally.

I have retired from Frito-Lay after 28 glorious years!

I am also active in the Network of Executive Women organization whose mission is to attract, develop and advance women in the consumer products and retail industry through education, leadership and business development. I served as the co-chair of the Dallas Region from 2006-2009 and am now on the Advisory Board for the local chapter.

I was a member of POPAI since 1994, served on the Board of Directors from 1998-2005, and served as Chairman of the BOD from 2003-2004. During my tenure, I spoke on the importance of Marketing at Retail throughout the world, including Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Argentina, London, Paris, Germany, China, and India.
