Recently, I took the decision to truly challenge myself and transform my career and start my own business, quite a change from the comfort of my "bread and butter" in the telecoms industry. A change that so far... I am LOVING! Knowing I have the right skills to help people say the words that some people struggle to convey is a truly rewarding position to be in. Being able to draw upon my expert communication skills, engaging with different people from all walks of life is thoroughly enjoyable place to be - it feels good going to work in the morning! I have been fortunate to have several years experience in the fields of business transformation, organisational development and change. My career until now was focused on delivering transformational and strategic initiatives in the telecoms industry. My strengths were mainly in managing teams through change and seeing projects through to completion. Whilst I loved that role, the Universe steered me onto the path I'm on now and I'm not complaining. I learned so much and the attributes I have, now enable me to deliver outcomes consistently for my own customers.
