• Establish contact, assess individual’s healthcare needs and concerns.• Develop in depth and multiple product presentations in order to educate and sell the correct product to the customer.• Establish eligibility, and provide effectively and clearly benefits of products in accordance with all government regulation.• Ensure all documentation to be submit to New York State on a timely manner.• Establish and maintain key relationship within designated territory to generate potential enrollment opportunities.

•Full life cycle recruiting for HHA, CNA, PCA, RN and all office personal for the four offices (Geneva, Rochester, Batavia & Buffalo).• Search and analyze talent through various sources: including, online searching, referrals, direct mail, job fairs, and cold calling to fit the needs of the business. • Developed a growing pipeline of talent by utilizing a wide variety of recruiting sources productively• Attend all applicable job fairs and marketing events appropriate to recruiting field staff.• Create and maintain a database with status on all applicants.• Monitors the background and medical requirement for all new employees.• Manage the Recruiting Department to assure all goals are being met.• Work with Marketing to create all advertisements promoting CCOR to potential applicants.• Report on the status of applicants to the Administrator and Board of Directors as requested.• Coordinate between HR and Training to ensure a smooth transition from application to working in the field.

•Maintain and Update of all recruiting application tracking systems according to the EEOC and company policies.• Research, write and post requisitions on approved job board sites. • Review, contact, and screen all potential candidates.• Maintain full accountability of all scheduled interviews with management and interview personnel. • Interview and select candidates for Internal Hiring Manager. Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.• Prepare job offers, prepare backgrounds and drug screen for each candidate.
