Idaho’s young children receive appropriate healthcare and related services for optimal health and development, delivered through a medical home.5. Families with young children have access to social and emotional screening, and when needed assessment and age‐appropriate follow‐up care.6. Families with young children have access to high‐quality childcare.7. Specialized training I have received to support Idaho in the development of teacher excellence, raise teacher retention rates, ensure high levels of achievement in all classrooms, improve the use of assessments to guide instruction, build norms, and ensure teacher improvement through the use of research, development, and evaluation.
