- responding to customers’ requests for assistance via phone and email,- loging all help desk interactions,- comprehensive help in the field fuel cards (commercial offer, list ofproducts, pump prices, payments,invoices, transactions, complains)- providing information about actual road services in the Europe (tolls,fees for ferries, tunnels, bridges, fines, technical parameters of On BoardUnit)

respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and email- log all help desk interactions- redirect problems to correct resource- software and network problem diagnosis for Czech Users- VPN, Citrix, MS Exchange Server, network troubleshooting- making daily reports of project performance (SLA)- coach the new agents on the procedure to follow for the corporate tools and users

- customer service for an online store in Czech language (telephone and email)- checking and accepting customer orders- preparation of goods for shipment- exchanging and returning goods- sales orders (shipment summary, waybill, invoice)
