• Responsible for compliance and management of grant related activity, grant administration, monitoring operational budgets, and final grant closing reports • Develop information base and participate in proposal review and editing, and grants management activities • Act as primary college information resource for grants • Maintain a central file of all appropriate funding agency regulations, program guidelines, and interpretive materials

• Supervise personnel providing social and academic services to students with special needs• Plan and coordinate the functions of the Instructional Support Department • Responsible for budget development , interpretation of policies and procedures• Ensure federally mandated services are implemented • Select, train, and evaluate staff who provide services to students with diverse special needs • Prepare departmental objectives, evaluate the quality of services provided and determine ways to improve services • Prepare reports, and maintain detailed records of assigned activities • Teach Sociology, Developmental Reading and Developmental Writing courses as Adjunct Faculty
