Creates standards and guidelines for the development of technology solutions on the ServiceNow platform that enable Pioneer to maintain a competitive advantage. Tracks industry trends and maintains knowledge of new technologies to better serve the enterprise's architecture needs. Works closely with internal business teams to understand business needs and requirements. Advises with regards to solutioning options, risks, and possible impacts on enterprise business. Helps define application and project requirements, determine cost and effort, and establish timelines. Provides direction on tool conceptual designs and implementation requirements. Leads implementation projects of all sizes and complexity. Designs and develops new solutions and/or major enhancements. Manages both development and support resources as necessary to ensure project tasks remain on target, risks are mitigated, and project status communicated to stakeholders. Facilitates product build activities and oversee deployment of solutions. Depending on need, codes and tests developed solutions, and addresses problems of systems integration and compatibility. Leads diagnoses and resolution of application and related data issues.
