Whilst in my current role, I have contributed and delivered to the role of the following:Passion for achieving the best outcome for both our customers and the business excellent customer service and communication skills, high-level of interpersonal and oral communication skills, well developed organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, undertaking research, preparing and issuing complex and/or sensitive correspondence and prescribed timeframes for internal and external stakeholders.Prior to this role, I was the Customer Engagement Officer helping our customers through difficult situations which include wet weather events, smoke, testing, and defect rectification.Prior to working with Urban Utilities in my current role, I was employed at Auto & General establishing a successful track record within different departments, starting at home claims, moving to the complex and legal recoveries team, and through the relationships I built I was able to excel in the role of technical writer in the PETE team and Support Test Analyst in the claims and assessing department.
