I run a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) farm with subscriptions for vegetables, fruit and herbs. The farm also includes poultry, lamb and beef raised free range without chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. I raise heritage breeds of livestock that are listed as endangerd or rare by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. I also raise many heirloom vegetables and fruits in limited quantities without the use of much machinery and as humanely and sustainably as possible.

I play a large range of Celtic folk music as a solo artist at Rennisance Festivals and other venues.

I just finished my 30th season. I currently am 'Shenanigans' and I perform Celtic folk music and co-manage the pub sing. I have managed the Irish Cottage, danced as a member of the Royal Scottish Dance Society and Fligmagerie, hawed for CKC, performed at the Feast of Fantasy, performed with Clann Tartan- Scottish Living History, worked with the Costume shop, I have been a roaming street character, helped build Troubad our Stage, performed with Dragahoda- Scandanavian Living History. I have also costumed Feziwig's Feast and choreographed period dances for that production, performed as a character and provided makeup for other members of the Trail of Terror.

I handled grou[p sales and set up a program for corporate sales as well as utilizing meeting space in the hotel. Implimented programs intended to improve the comfort and convenience of business travelers by bradding a business center. Redesigned the brochure and coupon offers for the hotel to improve usage and increase traffic.Worked with the Mall of America and other major attractions to promote the 'cities' as a great place to stay as a member of the Greater Minneapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau, Saint Paul River Center Convention and Visitors Bureau, Bloomington Chamber of Commerce, etc.
