Retired as head of The Vanguard Group's Institutional Retirement Plan Services Division, one of the largest administrators of defined contribution, defined benefit, and non-qualified plan programs in the U.S.. She was twice named one of the "100" Most Influential People in Defined Contribution" by 401k Wire.While at Vanguard, led a portfolio of retail businesses at Vanguard including Vanguard Brokerage Services, Investment Advisor Services, Individual Retirement Services, and Vanguard Annuity Services. Also led the High Net Worth Services Division and Institutional Marketing.Prior to Vanguard, was an EVP at Bank of America/Security Pacific where she held senior positions in retail banking, strategic planning, marketing, product management and electronic management.B.S. summa cum laude from Northeastern University; MBA from the Harvard Business School.Resides in San Diego, California and Lewes, Delaware.
