EQUINE FACILITATED PSYCHOTHERAPY - This powerful, experiential approach to counselling supports clients who benefit from an outdoor therapeutic setting. I work together with horses and ponies, addressing a variety of mental health issues, such as stress, anxiety, trauma and more. All work is ground based - no riding or horse experience needed.COUNSELLING - I provide support to clients during challenging times and help them understand themselves better, find their own solutions and empower them to make the right choices for their future. I integrate different approaches to suit each client and also offer walk and talk sessions.SUPERVISION - I support students, trainees and experienced counsellors in their therapeutic work.YOGA - As an experienced, international teacher I want to make yoga accessible to everyone and help improve people's well-being. My style is based on enthusiasm, sensitivity to my students' needs and making the practice enjoyable. I teach groups, offer 1-2-1 and corporate sessions. MINDFULNESS - I offer Mindfulness Training (workshops & the 8 week MBSR course), which I deliver both as a group experience, on a 1-2-1 basis or in corporate settings.
