Barbara Guarneri is an experienced project manager and administrative professional responsible for all aspects of the Office of the President’s organizational and logistical operations. She has been at Aon since July 2006, and is based in New York City.Demonstrating a history of working in financial services and diverse industries, Ms. Guarneri is a solutions-oriented, strategic partner with strong knowledge of Risk Management, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Reinsurance. Prior to joining Aon, Ms. Guarneri was a Marketing Assistant at Citigroup, where she supported Citi’s Global Consumer Marketing’s Direct Marketing and Latin America leaders. She is skilled in both large- and small-scale event planning, as well as in creating a warm and inviting client and colleague experience.Aside from her normal duties, Ms. Guarneri has helped lead several fundraising efforts at Aon for charities like Toys for Tots, Make-A-Wish, Operation Backpack, Alzheimer’s Association, The Michael J. Fox Foundation, among others. She finds pleasure in volunteering her free time to various charitable, social and environmental causes.Ms. Guarneri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Hunter College, and an M.B.A. focused in finance from Mercy College’s School of Business.
