Responsible for leading customers with their ongoing use and success of the salesforce.com application, and uses his/her product knowledge and understanding of the force.com platform to help customers achieve their business objectives. Daily activities include resolving technical and functional issues and sharing knowledge with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support. Responsible for granting login access to customer orgs.Enable customer success using Salesforce ecosystem. Provide functional troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance to assist Salesforce customers. Provide technical support to customers from creating custom objects, validation rules, user/profile/role maintenance along with providing analytical support. Help build knowledge base for the benefit of both teammates and customers.Trained/onboarded three different global partner teams and one internal team on support policy and procedures. Provided technical training for weeks at a time for new teammates as well as created/maintained training documentation.

Assists in designing and coding web applications in ASP, VB Script and HTML based on MS Access or SQL; tests and documents web applications; creates, updates, and/or refines web pages using Dreamweaver; communicates with personnel who want information put onto web; helps design web pages with an eye for overall look and feel; compiles statistics such as Campus Information Requests from web page; updates various databases, such as name and email list from Exchange directory; assists in testing various applications and systems.

Provide technical support to 11 campuses and corporate office. In charge of creating/maintaining network accounts for new/existing employees in NT 4.0, Microsoft Exchange 5.5, Active Directory.as well as Web Services Engineer duties listed below. Create/maintain accounts and security for PeopleSoft HRSA, Staffing Front Office, Financials and Portal. Also responsible for CAO IT accounts payable and reconciling invoices and purchase orders in PeopleSoft Financials. Creating student accounts in PeopleSoft Staffing Front Office as requested. Administration functions of HelpStar Help Desk software. As well as performing Web Services Engineer duties listed below.
