Current- Serve as primary liaison between executive directors, clients, and caregivers, ensuring clear communication of client goals and needs- Coordinate daily scheduling and communication to align with client-specific care objectives- Oversee new hire onboarding, including job orientation and integration into company processes- Assist with payroll onboarding, ensuring timely setup and compliance with payroll requirements- Manage the CEO’s schedule and calendar, prioritizing meetings and engagements- Supervise daily operations across departments, focusing on billing, payroll, and service delivery- Foster positive client relationships through personalized engagement, including coordinating client luncheons and other relationship-building activities- Monitor and maintain smooth operational flow, addressing any challenges with a proactive approach- Monitor and adjust care plans based on client feedback and changing conditions.
