• Led the implementation of a Demand Forecasting Model for technology resources in a Media company. Model aiming at 95% accuracy and resources usability optimized by 30%.• Managed Strategic Sourcing and Procurement in a holding of 4 companies. Conducted joint negotiations of 15 categories of products and services, resulting in BRL 35 million savings/year.• Managed a Control Tower Implementation in the largest Cement company in Brazil. Orchestrated Digital, Consulting, Tech and Operations teams’ activities to ensure not only the implementation of the router solution to promote decrease in km and CO2 emissions, but also the change management planning and execution.• Conducted a Business Case Evaluation to digitalize processes in installation and maintenance of optical fiber in a Telecom company, evaluating costs-benefits and planning the execution. Identified and managed the project risks, such as M&A with other company happening in parallel.• Formed and headed the “Supply Chain Learning” inside Accenture to foster trainings and discussions of tendencies.

Managed the development and implementation of a Spot-Freight Predictive tool resource with BRL 21 million estimated savings/ year. Mapped functionalities & requirements for development of the tool. Conducted workshops and meetings with project’s stakeholders – developers and key users – and built a solid and trusty relationship with them.

• Redesigned the Supply Chain Planning of a Food Service holding and implemented an Inventory Management Tool with Key Performance Indicators to monitor operation, improving the service level in 5% and eliminating stockouts.• Studied the Supply Chain Network Optimization of an Agri- chemical company – Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. Evaluated potential locations and production combinations considering all cost factors: manufacturing, transportation, storage & handling, as well as tax costs and incentives. The potential saving for the company was BRL 15 million/year with a significantly improved service level of 25%.
