Currently at the NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) Virtualizing a Common Legacy GOES (& POES) Ground Systems responsible for L0 wideband data acquisition through L1B processing & dissemination systems, satellite C3 & Interface systems, & GVAR rebroadcast (i.e., the Flight side of the Ground Segment). GOES-R work emphasized Spectrum Management Study specification, definition, & technical oversight for Interference analysis for NOAA operational L-, S-, & X-Band frequencies to ensure preservation of mission data & services for legacy & next generations. First Fast Track Federal Auctions (Nov 2014) including 1695-1710 MHz bands for sharing exceeded $41 Billion. Export control technical lead for GOES-R PSE. Prior work at the NOAA Integrated Program Office emphasizes next-generation satellite design, T&I readiness for Launch of the Suomi-NPP Ground Systems.
