Hi, I'm Barbara and I love enabling people to take action together in creative workshops and impactful projects. As CEO of iCONDU (www.icondu.de), my team and I accompany you in the complex environment of impact-oriented project development, the facilitation of stakeholder processes and the empowerment of organisations and teams for sustainable transformation.My belief? Complex challenges such as the sustainable transformation require systemic approaches, interconnectedness and true participation. Here, sustainability describes a way of thinking and acting - because when we change the way we act, we also change the results of our actions. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) therefore need the Inner Development Goals (IDGs). Our key to implementation: systems thinking, simulation and playful approaches.My passion? ▪️ 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿The key lies in the 'We'. That's why I love using playful and interactive methods to get people to engage in dialogue and get creative together. Using systemic approaches, we make it possible to define shared goals in strategy and transformation processes and communicate them understandably.▪️ 𝗘𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼-𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Creating impact together. We design spaces for co-creation. This includes both physical and virtual workshop and project environments, as well as shared thinking and design spaces for negotiation processes and sustainable decision-making.My background?During my "Digital Media" studies at Ulm University of Applied Sciences, I gained practical experience in the conception and project management of complex applications. As a designer, I am passionate about the balance between rapid brainstorming, creative conceptualisation and attention to detail. In the part-time Master's programme "Educational Media" at the University of Duisburg-Essen, I dealt with the instructional design of digital learning applications and the development of vibrant participation formats. Since 2016, I accompany at iCONDU clients in strategy and transformation projects as well as organisational development and develop simulation games and interactive workshop formats.Curious?
