Manage all aspects of the main office. Handles a wide array of student and visitor requests and provide administrative support to the Director, advisors, faculty, instructors and graduate assistants (25+ individuals). Responsibilities include: coordinating textbook orders, entering payroll, completing required paperwork and employee verification for new hires, making hotel accommodations and setting up meetings for visiting scholars, determining honors eligibility for our majors, maintaining office equipment, supplies and handling the mail. This is a multi-campus college and regularly communicates and coordinates with faculty and staff on the Omaha campus.
