Assisted in the classroom experience of Professional Etiquette, one of the top ranked and most recommended courses at BYU. Presented interactive international etiquette lecture to enhance understanding of cultural etiquette for students enrolled in class. Developed online webpage, resources, lecture notes to assist in the learning experience for students in Etiquette course. Graded and kept track of individual weekly responses for 40-100 students, including students with special university accommodations. Assisted in fixing technology to ensure smooth presentation for professor and experience for students.

I co-designed and organized the first campus-wide leadership center at BYU (Sorensen Center for Moral and Ethical Leadership). Led the development of four leadership clubs to strengthen skills and character for over 1,000 students interested in leadership. Created and facilitated weekly discussions for students, professors, and employees to focus on BYU campus forums.Conducted a campus wide research project to discover and share available campus leadership resources with BYU students. Directed the Campus Leadership Council for student leaders of campus wide initiatives to collaborate and network each month.
