In this role, I planned and executed the EHS management system on-site, aligned with business objectives to ensure the continued smooth flow of operations. Along with driving a 58% improvement in EHS compliance, I also coached and empowered workers to achieve desired outcomes, such as 60% peer-to-peer behavioural safety interactions and 95% leadership-to-worker interactions (40% and 80% targets respectively).Furthermore, I steered staff and contractors’ performance to confirm compliance with revised policies and procedures in areas, such as working at height, and hazardous energy control and delivering improvements through a culture of the coaching approach. During this tenure, I was responsible for conducting national safety audits, meeting unique requirements, and evaluating compliance with national safety audits. On daily basis, I directed the execution of business risk mitigation strategies whilst serving as a proactive part of operational teams.Moreover, I provided outstanding leadership and directions to cross-functional teams for achieving desired outcomes. I was engaged in envisioning, documenting, and updating policies, organisational procedures, and operational goals and targets related to HSE programs.
