CurrentAnalyses, negotiates and finalises contract terms and conditions related to service, procurement, implementation and/or support of IT products and/or services.Ensuring contracts produced adhere to learndirect requirementsEstablish and maintain a contract variation control systemEnsure the necessary contractual information is understood by the projects and technical teams.Provide advice, assistance and guidance to management, project managers and functions on project specific contractual matters.Manage and support the formulation of project contractual claims and counter claims.Monitor performance, reliability, costs, quality and customer feedback regarding suppliers and Technology services provision.Identify and pursue issues with suppliers, service delivery and customer groupsEnsure that correct escalation procedures and processes are in place for the delivery of outsourced services..Forecast, profile and manage expenditure on outsourced corporate IT servicesDrives the development of improved purchasing processes and proceduresBuild excellent supplier relationships, sourcing new supplier to meet business needs.Interfaces with key stakeholders including internal colleagues and suppliers to obtain relevant licensing and other information as necessary, to support contract finalisation and/or renewals.Work with Senior Technical Architects to evaluate requirements ahead of procurement.Procures all hardware/ software support, subscriptions, licences including Microsoft, VM Ware, Citrix, Symantec, McAfee.Forecast, profile and manage expenditure on outsourced corporate IT services.Manages and approves all commercial aspect of contracts including invoicesRequesting quotes, managing tender processes and cost benchmarkingWork with the Head of Technical Services to identify the most appropriate model of corporate services delivery going forward and scope and plan the activities required to achieve the most cost effective model for IT services
