I am also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.I have worked in the manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and logistics, retail and services sectors, specifically in the food and drink industry and, most recently in veterinary services and pharmaceuticals.I have the ability to influence and quickly build trusted relationships, (usually involving my practical approach and enthusiasm to get stuck in, mixed with a healthy dose of good humour). My focus in supporting business leader’s growth ambitions is often centred around engagement and proactive employment relations management to develop businesses to the next success milestone.
