As the Senior Account Manager, I complete tasks to cultivate and maintain strong relationships for 28 separate Healthcare Systems including over 1500 facilities. As Business Development Manager, I procured staffing agreements which grew the client base by 325% in my first 18 months with Wellspring while having no initial contacts, but with plenty of phone calls, emails and follow ups. Senior Account Manager - Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to my accounts, I have built strong, long-lasting relationships. Performing daily operations including reviewing, approving or declining all candidate profiles for presentation to clients; Reaching out to clients to maximize potential for placement; Requesting suggestions clients on ways we could best help with their staffing needs. Helping recruiters source job openings for their candidates when needed; updating and analyzing job openings from many different platforms to maximize placement opportunities. Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed. Keeping our recruiters aware of new opportunities within my accounts and updating exactly what our facilities need. Being proactive in searching thru our internal candidate database to find candidates to present for positions within our accounts. Business Development Manager - In my first year in this role, I tripled (325%!!) the size of the Client base of healthcare systems within our company through many phone conversations, emails and following up on leads. Responsible for obtaining new acquisitions in the growth of our company. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Re-enforcing ties between the business and clients on a regular basis. Following up up on all candidate submissions and discuss the best ways we can help with their needs. Informing recruiters of new opportunities daily and updating exactly what our facilities are looking for in their search.
