Managing HR Administration, Payroll, Reward, People Development and Internal Resourcing administration team.

• Built performance measurements of Employee and Line Manager requests (SLA Tracking system) • Develop and manage Reward processes (salary review, benefit administration, job evaluation, compensation related policies) • Work with leaders on reward strategy ensuring that Reward Strategy is in line with Global strategy, business needs and competitive in the market • Provide full employee life cycle management (Health & Welfare, HR Services, Payroll Services and Benefits services, as well as performing HR administration in line with country-specific legislation) • Work with a broad range of external suppliers. • Organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment • Vendor and budget management

Key Achievements: • Ensure full employee life cycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver); serving as a point of contact for employee and manager HR Administration related inquiries • Ensure that HR Administration, Payroll and Benefit processes work appropriately for the organizations • Ensure that internal compliance and external legal (Hungarian Labour Code, Tax and Social Security) requirements are met • First point of contact of Payroll provider • Make sure processes are improved on a continuous basis by eliminating existing inefficiencies and providing even more efficiencies • Make sure that all HR related queries from employees are handled appropriately and in time
