I advocate for an interdisciplinary, collaborative, and systemic approach to tackle pressing socio-environmental challenges. My curiosity and passion for social, environmental, and development issues led me to specialize in environmental law and sustainable development in Chile. Equipped with a law degree and post-graduate studies in integrated water resource management from McGill University, I have engaged in diverse projects both in Chile and abroad. In Chile, I worked as a researcher for a sustainability consultancy firm, focusing on conducting sustainability reports and environmental impact assessments related to the mining sector. I also served as a junior associate lawyer, providing legal advice and litigation services on various matters, including civil, criminal, environmental, and water law.In 2019, I was awarded a full CONICYT/ANID scholarship to pursue an MSc in Environment and Resource Management at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. After completing my studies, I joined NEWAVE-Next Water Governance and worked as a research assistant at the Water Security and Justice Cluster within the Amsterdam Sustainability Institute.At TDi Sustainability, I work as a senior sustainability analyst, contributing to a wide range of projects. My work includes developing community relations and engagement strategies, due diligence, standards benchmarking, responsible sourcing of minerals, and ESG risk assessments, assisting companies and organizations in making informed decisions, and creating a positive impact at multiple system levels.Currently based in Southern Chile, I am fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in German.
