The Corporate Animal is a dramatic comedy about a wily MBA who’s out to unseat her middle-age boss by turning office business into show business – all the while taking a sardonic look at high jinks, discrimination and infighting in the workplace today. Wrote speeches for executives, board members and celebrity spokespersons, kick-off and thank-you speeches for recruitment and fundraising events; podium scripts for two annual national conferences; magazine and radio PSAs. Developed promotional concepts and wrote copy for major fundraising campaigns like WalkAmerica. Wrote annual reports, voice-overs for training videos, web sites. • Wrote speeches for national trustees Greg Gumbel, Anne Roosevelt (granddaughter of March of Dimes founder FDR), Val Ackerman (founder of WNBA). Created material for radio host Dr. Joy Browne and awards ceremony scripts for TV host Tom Bergeron.• Wrote keynote speech delivered by prominent doctor at 2005 national volunteers conference.• Wrote voice-over for in-house training video on fundraising strategies. • Conducted interviews and did extensive research for all written assignments.• Wrote advertising/marketing materials: brochures, training handbooks, etc.
