Along with serving as Office Manager/Admin at Holladay-Cottonwood Mortuary, I decided I wanted to be more well-rounded in this business and worked and obtained my insurance license almost 2 years ago to assist families in pre-paying for their casket and services long before their time of death. These plans lock in pricing so that their families won't have so much to pay at time of death. I enjoy assisting families prepare for a future event which will happen to all of us. My responsibilities include but are not limited to making sure all of the insurance, pre-needed contracts, obituaries, programs, paperwork for funerals, cleaning, opening and closing the building, answering telephones, meeting with families, making sure death certificates are signed and picked up for the families, stocking refreshments, ordering supplies, etc.

I serviced my clients through email and telephone communication. I served our client partners from Chicago to Houston. I set up survey classes for participants in seminars and ordered the materials for these seminars. I followed through on every facet of each seminar until completion.
