For her label BARBARA LANGENDIJK, Barbara combines new interpretations of garment construction, traditional crafts, cultures and rituals. She often collaborates with artists from other disciplines. This results into interdisciplinary works, which are playing with mainstream fashion codes.

Assisting in the design and development of the Pre-Spring 2015 collection and the Spring 2015 collection:- Working with designers on experimental draping concepts and designs- Assisting stylist Marie Chaix with dressing and coordination of Pre-Spring 2015 photo shoot, press presentation and Spring 2015 inspiration silhouettes- Developed and executed sewing and finishing trials in the atelier- Working with Fabric & Trim department to organize materials and create trim specification drawings in Adobe Illustrator- Working on technical fashion drawings in Adobe Illustrator

- Assisting in the design and development of the collection ‘Wonder’ and ‘Take a W ride’; making drapes, prototypes and doing research. Several drapes ended up in the collection.- Preparing the installation and styling/assisting with the photoshoot for the exhibition ‘The Art of Fashion’ at Boijmans van Beuningen Museum in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. - Management and organisation tasks; organising and managing the models for the show of the ‘Wonder’ collection during Spring 2010 Paris Fashion Week.
