This project was two day leadership development class as well as a team building course. The course included the "trust fall" and other experiential team building activities.

This project was with Chrysler and was a customer service course for everyone from the service advisor to the dealer. This too was an interactive learning class using role play and team building activities to reinforce teaching points. This course used three instructors three days and covered a great deal of meterial. The team of facilitaors also covered three states over three months

Since I was wanting to continue my career in the automotive arena, I decided to spend a few weeks understanding what it was like on the retail side. So...inbetween projects, I decided to see what it was really like to work at a dealership.

Enjoyed working with some of the most fascinating individuals to ever share a platform. Teaching the many different classes offered by General Motors included under the University of Automotive Management. Service Advisor courses through and including Dealer Sons and Daughter Classes.The Management Development Clases were week long interactive classes, the students returned every six months over a two year period to "graduate" with a certifacte from the UAM, and a great deal of knowledge learned inside and outside the classroom from the class format and each other. Awesome experience.

R/D for training materials for aviation project which included corporate as well as government contracts. Confidentiallity agreements were a major part of the project (long since voided). Ienjoyed acting as a liasion between the client and the end user to achieve the perfect result.
