Barbara LeeDirector of Client Services Barbara joined STI in 2002 as the Training Manager for STI’s practice management system. She later assumed responsibility for implementation and training for the electronic medical record system, ChartMaker® Clinical. Her exceptional training team is credited with the achievement of STI’s clients within the EHR Incentive Program (Meaningful Use), and the Quality Payment Program (MIPS) which began in 2017. In addition, her training team has been instrumental in the success of the Revenue Cycle Management Division providing Account Services Management to STI’s RCM clients. Barbara’s other roles include managing the Digital Content Team who design and maintain the corporate website, oversee social media, produce videos, and write documentation in support of the company’s client services effort. She also manages the customer support team that provides client support for STI’s ChartMaker Medical Suite applications.Barbara’s career in system implementation, training, and support began at Trade Service Systems in Blue Bell, PA a software company that developed and sold business systems for the electrical distribution industry. After leaving Trade Service Systems, she went on to work for a Dallas, TX based startup company called HighwayMaster, who built one of the early seamless mobile communication networks and GPS tracking systems in the country, where she managed an implementation team that covered the eastern United States.Barbara graduated from West Chester University and lives in Oaks, PA with her husband Mike. They have one daughter, Kelley, and cherished dog named Reece. She is a life-long health and fitness enthusiast who walks 3 miles a day and practices yoga.
