As a National Human Trafficking Hotline Advocate I respond and support calls from victims and survivors of human trafficking, law enforcement, government professionals, community members and service providers in accordance to the National Hotline’s protocols. I manage and strategize case responses for calls regarding but not limited to crisis contacts, requests for referrals, requests for training and potential human trafficking situations. This role includes the input and maintenance of accurate and concise case notes and data. I attend additional training on topics pertaining to human trafficking (i.e. how trauma impacts the brain and crisis management). Also to support the National Hotline Supervision team on the completion of projects and duties assigned.

Provided direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Programs and Partnerships by monitoring deadlines and coordinating on project requiring research and working with staff, donors, and consultants. I managed communications with various senior officials, colleagues, and clients on behalf of the senior Vice President of Programs and Partnerships.

This contract with Global Communities includes the creation of a matrix on programming concluding since 2014 that affects gender to be used for future internal and procurement use and structuring the youth matrix for future completion. A knowledge gathering was conducted on gender and youth programming at Global Communities complete with research and employee interviews. This contract includes writing and editing gender programming capacity statements and narratives for the gender matrix's programming categories. In addition, I complete due diligence reports regarding potential private partnerships companies and organizations. As well as attending relevant program business development meetings, write up the meeting notes and business plan, and disseminate the notes and plan to the attendees. In this role I lend my previous knowledge of Baltimore dynamics and research potential investors and programming opportunities for Global Communities in Baltimore.

As a student consulting group, researched linkages between economic disparity, security sector reform, education policies, racial injustice across communities and opportunities to transform conflict in Baltimore. Written report includes detailed conflict analysis, stakeholder mapping, needs assessment and proposal with recommendations and strategies for Saferworld to implement in Baltimore.

Organize and manage 5-6 educational events for the students in the Masters of International Development program and School of International Service at American University. Participate in regular board meetings and strive toward creating an environment to cultivate successful professionals in the International Development Program.

Co-developed a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plan for CIPE's advocacy training programs. Deliverables included: theory of change, stakeholder analysis, results framework, performance monitoring plan including 19 indicators, evaluation questions, learning plan and a post training long-term survey. Consulted with international based staff on the current advocacy training program's practices and needs.

Supervised, trained and coached tellers on tasks, sales products/goals and helped develop their careers. Accomplished continuous operational tasks with the management team including running reports. Prepared the branch for our annual audit and kept the branch and tellers in compliance with audit parameters. Continued to work with diverse clientele, partner with the organization Not For Sale, and completed teller transactions when needed.

Provided exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfy customer needs. Partnered with the organizations Dress for Success and Not For Sale to educate women on how to manage their finances. I visited the Mission Economic Development Center in San Francisco to Present for the teller education program. Performed a wide range of services, product sales and referrals for customers to enable their financial success. Managed incoming phone calls while protecting confidential information. worked independently and collaboratively with the team.

Assisted customers with their immediate needs and to bank more efficiently through clear and effective communication. Analyzed and evaluated customer accounts to find appropriate solutions and sent customers to the most qualified bankers. Managed cash deposits and confidential customer account information. Supported our bankers and fellow Team Members in reaching sales goals while balancing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities included positive patient relations, scheduling appointments, collecting payments,maintaining patient files, inputting patient insurance information, inventory, office organization andassisting doctors, therapists and patients as necessary.

A temporary contracted position responsible for monetary handling,advertising, management and administrative tasking. Managed employee communication andcontracts. Supervised all aspects of the project work to ensure timely completion.
