Support the IT directors at the Hospitals going Live with EPIC, then continued support.• Manage the EPIC Interface team during the build of the InScope interfaces per site and any upgrades or new interfaces after GoLive, This includes managing the interface programmers, vendors and user issues for any of the EPIC incoming and outgoing interfaces.IT Consultant (IT Analyst V) Manage the Infrastructure for the Rural Hospital Information Exchange Portal project. This application links patient data between the LSUHSC Shreveport Hospital and 7 north Louisiana rural hospitals, to be 24 hospitals statewide. The web application allows a doctor to pull up data from any of the participating hospitals where the patient has been seen.  This includes managing LSU personnel, 3 different vendors that supply portions of the application and coordinating with the Rural Hospital IT staff. Support 35 Microsoft Server 2003 servers, blade centers and SAN. Responsible for operating system, hardware and applications.  Manage the Infrastructure for the LSU Hospital Information Exchange Portal.
