Educator background has illuminated the fact that all learners are different and, as such, learning experiences should be tailored to the group at hand; therefore, curriculum should serve as a guide with the necessary content components and concept skills easily identifiable with the opportunity for teacher/trainer autonomy based on the intended audience.
