Highly accomplished HR Director with extensive and progressive experience operating at hotel and regional level with a number of complex hotels ( four and five star hotels) within a global organisation. My strong suits are leadership, talent development, practical change management, results focused, organisational design, TUPE, ER, business planning, teambuilding, and employee engagement.One thing I learned early in my career: To grow, you must keep on learning. As HR Director, this approach is ingrained in me. I have constantly sought added responsibilities or learn something new so I can continue to develop as a leader and provide even more value to my company.This was the case when I took the initiative to develop a programme for waiting colleagues to fast track to supervisory roles going above and beyond the scope of my role to produce an extensive, tailored intervention that greatly strengthened the company’s pipeline of talent across London with 90% promotion by the completion of the programme. I also set up, managed and developed the London Chef Apprenticeship Academy over several years for the same purpose. What motivated me then is what motivates me now – the desire to help people succeed and through that the company succeeds.This is on top of the key responsibilities as HR Director of multiple sites.
