Built organizational structure for statewide, congressional and legislative campaigns for efficient and effective use of financial and human capital resulting in lean operations and successful outcomes. Projects include: Human Capital Utilization~Assessment, acquisition, training and deployment of volunteers and college interns for maximum impact on campaign operations. Candidate Activities~ Full service event scheduling and appearances to include cottage meetings, meet the candidate events, town halls and fundraising events. Constituent Outreach~ Acquisition of voting records to create and implement outbound call center (including scripting and call analysis) and targeted precinct walks. Candidate Branding~ Create marketing collateral to ensure effective messaging for targeted audiences.

West Side Matters is committed to the activation and education of the residents of the West Side to find their civic voice and place in local, state and national issues. The intent of this club is to build a coalition of political strength to motivate change from a neighborhood level. Although our club is centrally located in Magna, West Valley City, and Kearns and focused on building strength in those areas, anyone is welcome to join with us.

Secured operational funding for programs consistent with the organization's priorities through both grant writing and relationship building by increasing funding and grant requests by 154%.Produce grants and manage contact reporting for foundations, corporations, as well as federal, state, and local governments.
