I am a scholar-practitioner passionate about promoting excellence. Skilled in consulting, assessing, designing, and delivering learning experiences. I look for opportunities to help individuals and organizations succeed in what they wish to accomplish. Some of my passions include higher education, agile leadership, executive leader development, team building, instructional design, developing tools and models for critical thinking and in-depth understanding for neurodiverse learners. A strong education professional, I completed a Doctor of Management focused on Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University. My dissertation titled The Leadership Practices Female ODC Managers Use to Improve Change Initiatives published December 2019. As a professor of doctoral studies in executive leadership and organizational development, I was privileged to co-author a textbook titled Multinational Electronic Health Records Interoperability Strategies in 2024 with my colleagues Drs. Sterling Carter and Christina Anastasia.
