Of Dutch nationality residing in Guatemala and with a broad knowledge and experience of Guatemala from different perspectives (companies, NGOs, security, tourism and government), both in project management and different types of consultancies. Most of my jobs have had the component of developing something from zero until it´s successfully implemented, passing the processes of design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and continuous improvement. Another strong component has been the organization of different types of events, such as trade missions and incentive trips. I am characterized by being a networker, organized, orderly and systematic, a good organizer, autonomous, good time management, good team leader, practical, flexible and easy to carry. I easily adopt and join jobs and actually looking for new challenges.
