As a servant of an incredible ministry, I am accountable for the daily operations of the ministry. These responsibilities include but are not limited to maintenance of adequately trained and motivated staff, development of and adherence to operating budgets, coordination of the ministries activities with physicians, understanding and oversight of time of service collections and auditing of accurate billing, assurance of exceptional service to employees, patients, physicians and all internal and external customers. I will lead a team to provide the best customer service in the Chattanooga and surrounding community through servant leadership.We will work as a team to enhance our referral base through relationship building with referring physician team members, develop additional community involvement and continue customer appreciation.It is so rewarding and humbling to be a part of an incredible team that has the samegoals and values for our practice. Supervised construction of this free standing out patient imaging facility, recruited staff and established all operating protocols and procedures. Initiated and executed community outreach and engagement activities to raise awareness of facility and services rendered to enhance revenue growth. Led an incredible group of teammates to provide ultimate customer service and quality imaging for Hixson Memorial Hospital. We were recognized as the best customer service from all of the CHI facilities in 2004.Was instrumental in the redesign of Outpatient services for the facility. Led a team through servant leadership that allowed for a financially sound imaging department with a 300% growth in my tenure.

Redesigned and directed a viable Imaging department for 7 years. Served on the HCA Regional Imaging Advisory Board for 3 years. I had the opportunity to oversee 4 regional imaging departments at 4 facilities from 1993 to 1997.
