My responsabilities included providing a prompt service in the cafe area, individual and as a team, as well as guiding the customers around the building and helping with specific products such as the flight simulators

My responsibilities included greeting the customers as well as educating towards the marine life by giving them the opportunity of interacting directly with living beings such as the starfish. In addition, I would clean when needed in order to provide a better experience to the people visiting the centre.When working as a costume assistant, my role consisted in assisting the person inside the costume and making sure the experience was as real as possible for the children.

Working in an adventure tourism business requires self confidence and training as adventure sports, such as rock climbing, can be dangerous when there is no previous experience. My duties were majorly on the field, by greeting the customers and assisting in the activities, as well as being a photographer and a translator when working with international customers.
