As an Affiliate Relations Supervisor at US Traffic Network, I provide ongoing relationship management with multiple affiliate stations, working with client representatives to ensure they are airing the content we provide according to their contract terms and conditions. While this is a unique role to the radio business, my skills in customer relations, communications, and relationship building will translate effectively to other industries/employers. A skilled problem solver, I work to onboard new stations, close down stations that are no longer working with us, and identify ways to bring stations back into compliance if they are having issues meeting their contract requirements. When needed, I collaborate with various departments and personnel in US Traffic Network (finance, sales, traffic managers, and technical teams) to ensure we are supporting affiliates and providing them with quality inventory.Early in my career, I worked for several radio stations (CBS affiliates) in Philadelphia. My roles during this period of time included Traffic Manager at WPHT-AM, Continuity Director at WOGL, Sales Assistant at WMGK, and Promotions Assistant at WCAU-FM. I used skills and expertise gained in all of these roles during my time at US Traffic Network, including contributions I made to the development and enhancement of internal systems and databases.My ability to foster a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork while also working well independently to achieve company objectives is one of the greatest attributes I offer an employer.
