She is a highly-sought facilitator who can command a workshop room with ease and she is also a skilled mediator, working methodically to solve complex workplace issues. Barb currently works with large and small clients in the public and private sector. Her past experience includes working in executive management where she led and worked with a broad spectrum of people across a wide range of business disciplines. This gives her the language to speak effectively to any level of any organisation. Her core interest is helping people to understand how their own work practices contribute to their success and the success of others. She supports teams and individuals through the process of improving their work practices, ensuring accountability and a clear-eyed view of how to change and move forward to achieve set goals. Barb practices what she preaches in her work and in her life. She is a crazy, all-year-round ocean swimmer (yes, even in winter) and she lives in Sydney with her husband Ben and two teenage sons, Will and Toby.
