All AP/AR functions for all company accounts. Escrow agent. Interview, hire, terminate, evaluate and train allpersonnel. Manage all aspects of sales office. Collaborated with phone Installation Company to install 60+ unit phone system on 2 occasions during my 10 year tenure. Contract negotiation and management for all office equipment. Processed and prepared deposits and accurate accounting in Quick Books for 4 bank accounts. Read HUD1 statements for 100% accuracy of commissions paid. Process all invoices for Independent Contractors. Order all office supplies. Annual preparation of 1099's for Independent Contractors as well as all other company vendors ending in the submission to the IRS. Process credit card payments. Facilitator of various training courses. Coordinate office morale functions including holiday formal. Ensuring all corporate marketing and advertising guidelines are met. Payroll management and submission to Landrum Professionals.
