As an Assistant Manager, I bring over six years of experience coaching children of various ages. I have successfully improved participants' soccer skills, teamwork, and social abilities through structured training and mentorship, all while fostering a safe and supportive learning environment. My approach emphasizes the development of fundamental soccer skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. In addition to my coaching responsibilities, I have gained firsthand insight into the program’s operations, including exclusive access to its online registration system. I have overseen over 300 registrations, assisting families with scholarship opportunities, and I manage and mentor a team of 10 Young Coaches on a weekly basis, ensuring their growth in both training and leadership.
