- Responsible for the IT management and support of all International HR/Payroll systems. This included the management of an internal staff of 6 as well as external contractors on an as needed basis. - Responsible for the Implementation Workday for US & Canada. This included working with a 3rd party implementation partner in re-writing 100+ integrations, managing the testing processes with external vendors, internal IT and business partner. - Project Managed the data conversion from a 20+ year old system. Added an agile methodology for both conversions and integrations as well as introduce Scrum methodology in order to manage change and momentum. - managed project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope - Developed and updated project plans for IT projects including project charters, strategy documents and risk assessments- Responsible for the management and support of Kronos in 600+ stores and all integrations in and out of Workday.

- Responsible for both International Finance and HR/Payroll IT Systems. - Managed a department that included 12 associates and over 15 consultants for Finance. - Responsible for the project management and transition of all Financial systems onto SAPplatform. - Maintained a small support team for Asia and Brazil SAP support while the transition of the NA business moved from Lawson to SAP for AP, Fixed Assets & GL. - Managed the coordination of development/functional testing of 60 interfaces with other internal systems.- Responsible for Project Managing the transition from Speedo SAP to PVH SAP; Mexicoretail store transition; Concur Asia and Mexico to Concur PVH. - Managed and supported HR/Payroll systems as we started up the transition toWorkday.

Implemented SAP Financials in HK, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Brazil and Mexico. Project managed SAP implementation which included converting from JDE in HK, China, Singapore, Malaysia & Korea; multiple integrations in and out of internal and external systems, banking, government agencies. Re-implemented Brazil Finance off of their old platform onto new SAP Finance fixing 95 different regulatory issues, banking and tax regulatory requirements and interfacing to both Linx and Mastersaf.Led Global implementation of Concur in both NA and Europe. Managed all IT systems for this apparel manufacturer. Included implementing ascanning system in compliance with K Mart standards, Sears standards as well as EDIfor Montgomery Wards. Implemented Kronos Time and Attendance in the warehouse. Implemented RLM Wholesale System which included interfaces to all major retailers. Instrumental in implementing costing standards and job cost registers along with thissystem. Responsible for training all users on systems. Represented corporation at all EDIconferences.

Managed IT staff in the support and running of all IT software systems for cablecompany. This included making sure that all Pay Per View events were seen at allsubscribers. Transitioned Software from a System 36 to an iSeries AS400. Worked with the 3rd partycable software vendor in the transition of the software of 110,000 subscriber systems.
